Graduation

So as I was sitting in the gym of my high school on Sunday afternoon waiting for my turn to get my diploma I starting thinking.After 12 years of high school what makes people think that kids are actually ready to go out into the real world. I know that Im not exactly ready to go out and get a job and then just work for the rest of my life. However in a few months time I will be going to college,away from home so I will me on my own for the first time.I don't think that I am exactly ready to grow up just yet,but then again who really is? The government thinks that if a kid gets 12 years of education that they can then go out and be and adult,but how can you really ever learn all there is to know in just 12 years,I know I never did, and most of the things that I have been taught I have forgotten. So basically how can you ever be ready to graduate?Well I don't think that a person is ever really ready to graduate,and that life always has new things to teach you. So congratulations CLASS OF 2008!!!!
